3. Delivery Locations
Sutrex delivers to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted logistics partners. In case a pin code is non-serviceable, our support team will contact you to discuss available alternatives or initiate a refund, if applicable.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders, unless stated otherwise during promotional periods. Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may attract additional charges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation via email and/or SMS along with tracking details. Orders can be tracked using the link provided in the shipment notification.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to: Weather conditions, Courier or logistical disruptions, Regulatory checks, Unforeseen operational issues. Sutrex shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability may be re-shipped upon confirmation and may incur additional shipping charges.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or details. Claims raised beyond this period may not be eligible for resolution.
